In 2016, organizational psychologist Jake Weiss realized that there was a gap in the learning and development market. Everywhere he looked, companies were investing in coaching initiatives, but his research indicated that the true accelerant for organizations was not just well-trained leaders, but highly coachable employees at every level. In these organizations with a pervasive commitment to coachability, performance soared and profitability kept climbing over time. In 2020, Jake assembled his team of experts and launched Coachability Consultants, Inc. with the goal of spreading the power of the highly coachable globally, one organization at a time.
